ORDERING

The buyer orders the product or products through an electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, completes the required information, and sends the order is considered a buyer.

All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT. Additionally, the buyer has the option to view prices in euros. Goods are ordered in electronic form by selecting a specific product and adding it to the Cart. The goods are considered ordered at the moment the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.

 

PAYMENT

The ordered products or services are paid for online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.

 

DELIVERY

Ordered products are packaged in a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. Upon receipt, the customer is required to check the condition of the shipment and immediately report any damage to the product to the delivery person (an employee of the delivery company). The merchant disclaims any responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery. If the customer does not receive the goods or a delivery notification within the expected time after it has been dispatched, the customer has the right to notify the seller to take actions to locate the shipment or to send a replacement shipment. The merchant undertakes to dispatch the shipment to the customer as soon as confirmation approving the online transaction is received. Once the delivery company receives the shipment from the merchant, the merchant is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery, any delays, or problems that may arise regarding further handling and delivery of the goods. If the customer chooses the option to download the product instead of delivery, the merchant undertakes to send a notification solely in the form of an email to the customer, containing links for downloading and instructions. Upon receiving the email notification, the customer can immediately access the product download.

 

REFUND AND PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

  • In such cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by Werkstatt d.o.o.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

  • Werkstatt d.o.o reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of abuse of our policy, fraudulent activity, or misuse of products.
  • We may also offer alternative resolutions such as store credit or exchanges in certain circumstances, subject to our discretion.

COMPLAINTS

The merchant undertakes to deliver a product that is technically functional and corresponds to the description of the product provided on www.werkstatt.ba. The image illustrating the product on the website may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot complain about this segment. The merchant is not responsible for any damages and other obligations within the domain of the delivery company (the company responsible for product delivery). If the customer chooses the option to pick up the product and is unable to do so due to technical problems caused by the merchant's server, the merchant undertakes to send an email with a new download option, for which the customer incurs no costs. In the event that the customer still cannot pick up the product due to technical problems on the merchant's server, the customer is obliged to contact the seller's sales department, which will offer a suitable solution without any fees or further costs from the customer. The customer does not have the right to request a refund in this situation. If the customer cannot pick up the product, and the technical problems are not related to the merchant but are caused by the customer, operator, or a third party, the merchant bears no responsibility and is not obliged to provide pickup or delivery of the goods free of charge. The customer must pick up the product within 5 (five) working days; after that, they will no longer be able to pick up the product, regardless of whether payment has been made. In this case, the customer waives any complaints.
