Each skin type is different. Occasionally some people may notice reactions on their skin after wearing brass jewellery due to the pH value of their skin. Brass in contact with skin can show the current condition of the body's organism.

If jewellery leaves dark stains on the skin, this may indicate that the pH value of your body is unbalanced or is missing some minerals. These changes of skin are harmless and temporary, but if they bother you, avoid buying products made of zinc and brass.

Additionally please note that in such cases we are not giving refunds. We believe that most of our products are valuable and original in their own right as every piece is hand-crafted with the additional benefit that eventually they will start looking “antique”.

Please read the description of the design and the specifications of the materials used to make the jewelry before purchase. Sometimes we make pieces that look scratched or worn out on purpose. 

International orders

International orders normally arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping, with a shipping cost of 8 euros. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before final delivery, which can cause additional delays. If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

Orders in Bosnia and Herzegovina normally arrive within 48 hours via A2B Express Delivery, with shipping costs of 9 KM.

• We will assess the situation promptly and provide instructions for returning the item or initiating a refund or replacement, as deemed appropriate.

3. Non-Defective Product Returns:

• If you wish to return a non-defective product for reasons other than damage or defect, such as a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you may do so within the specified return period.
• In such cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by Werkstatt d.o.o.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees.

4. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

• We may also offer alternative resolutions such as store credit or exchanges in certain circumstances, subject to our discretion.

Before you begin taking your measurements, pick the finger on which you want to wear your ring. The fingers on your dominant hand tend to be larger than those on your non-dominant hand, so keep that in mind when measuring for your ring size.

1. Take a piece of string, ribbon, thread, or a thin strip of paper and wrap it around your finger, close to the knuckle.

2. With a pen, carefully mark the spot where the string overlaps with its end and either hold it up to a ruler that has millimeter measurements, or to the graphic below.
